Purchasing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and dependable PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, identify and comparing product price with potential local suppliers/contractors.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Documents filing and scrap arrangement.
  • Issue purchase order to supplier and follow up on the defect items received.
  • To perform regular and annual inventory count.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: SPM/Diploma, Advance/Higher/Gradute Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Admin, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

We are looking for a skilled and dependable QUANTITY SURVEYOR (FULL-TIME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and evaluating tender documents. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, detailed budgets, and tender documents submission for M&E works including bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Evaluate M&E subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets.
  • Review the tender and contracts ensure all parties comply with contract terms.
  • Provide advice on improving cost efficiency and value of money.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation personnel, to achieve project goals.
